10KHits4u Conference Summary 5/23/04

1) Greeting and Welcome (Intro Comments)

I would first like to thank all who attended the meeting in iConference. Our turn-out in numbers was very impressive indeed. 2) MLMTG

I'll keep the latest news on TopGun brief, as we should (hopefully) all be receiving our emails within 24 hours to announce the countdown to launch in 3 days. As a reminder to all, the initial requirement to remain with the program is only $2.99 US for a 30 day trial period. This provides you with 200 leads per month and an autoresponder that can hold considerably more if you wish to upload other source leads. Remember that the personal touch is still the best way to develop your relationship with your downlines. The occasional email from you to your members will benefit you in many ways in the long run. 3) 10K Phase 3 News - Beta Testing!

 
As part of our improvments to 10khits4u we are testing a
traffic exchange script at our test server. Please go to

http://www.viralsurfer.com

and create an account. Please click the link in the validation
email you will receive.

Next, log in and create a campaign and test the surfing and other
features contained within this script. This test is only for
10khits4u PageHolders so please do not reveal any of this information
to anyone. Also, email us or post in the forum your thoughts about
our new resource and how you see it integrating into our current
lead capturing system. I feel it should be a backdoor tool with our
Lead Capture concept out front.......but all ideas are welcomed
and considered. We also need help in creating a logo, graphics,
and additional lead capture pages. Thanks in advance for you
help in this matter.

 

 

4) Training Topic: I generated a lead........what do I do now?

An entire encyclopedia set could be written on this subject but there are five main points that I am going to touch on:

A) Personal emails: When contacting a lead for the first time, introduce yourself, tell them a little about you and give them a little information about our program. Be sure to include the benefits of our lead page system and how to obtain one. This first letter does not have to be lengthy and overwhelming, but more to the effect of a warm greeting. Be sure to include your full name, phone number, and email address(es) in your signature.

B) Invite your leads to join us on MSN, giving your IM address or username.

C) Once you have established this, invite your lead to iConference and point them to the Members Area on our lead page to use the tutorial in there for assistance. If they are still having difficulty and you are not sure how to help them through the process, contact Dave Burwell or Mike Jeter and they will be most pleased to help out.

D) Watch the participation level of your leads: ie. postings in the forum, attendance at meetings, interest in the various programs we offer, surfing stats, etc. Determine who your serious leads are, as we are looking for leaders in the program; not just signups that sit and do nothing with it.

E) Set the example. Your leads are going to follow what you do! Show enthusiasm towards what we are doing and don't be afraid to explain the programs that you belong to and what you personally have accomplished. 

 

 

5) Close/Open Chat

Remember this: the program is not a "get-rich-quick" scheme to sucker people in. Yes, we will all make money, but this will only come from effort and persistence. Have faith in the team concept and we shall all see success! Happy surfing and have a great week everyone!
